  1. Place rice, water and paste into a saucepan and stir to combine. Bring to the boil, then lower heat and gently simmer for 15 minutes. Turn off heat and allow to stand for 5 minutes

  2. Divide rice, chicken, snow peas, mango, carrot and green onions between 4 bowls. Drizzle with dressing, then top with herbs and nuts
