Method


  1. Preheat oven to 200C.

  2. Place salmon and marinade in small baking dish and turn to coat. Cover with foil and bake 10 minutes. Remove foil and continue cooking for 5 minutes or until fish is just cooked.

  3. To cook the rice, simply massage the pouch to separate the grains and place in the microwave for the required time as indicated on the packet. Set aside.

  4. Serve fish with rice and beans.
