Special Fried Rice with Honey Soy Chicken & Vegetables
Method
Heat a wok or large frying pan over high heat. Add the sesame seeds, stir fry, for 1 minute until golden. Remove to a bowl.
Spray the chicken lightly with oil. Add half the chicken to the hot wok or pan. Stir-fry, for 2 minutes or until browned. Transfer to a plate. Repeat with the remaining chicken. Return all the chicken to the wok or pan, add the stir fry sauce. Stir fry, for 1-2 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce hot. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Boil, steam or microwave the beans until bright green and just tender.
Heat your SunRice Special Fried Rice in the microwave for 2½ minutes or stir fry in a pan for 2½ minutes. Spoon into 4 serving bowls. Add the chicken and beans. Serve.
