Lyndi's One Tray Lemon and Garlic Fish
Method
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Open Infusions and add rice into the bottom of a baking tray.
Top with fish and snow peas.
Mix together marinade of lemon juice, garlic thyme and 1/8 tsp salt.
Cook for 12-15 minutes or until cooked.
Notes:
You can also simply heat SunRice Infusions in the microwave.
This recipe is naturally gluten free!
Serve with a side salad for extra veggies.
This recipe will work with any fish fillets you like. Or swap fish for chicken strips.
