Mexican Style Rice with Pulled Pork Tacos
Method
Warm the pulled barbecue pork and tortillas following the packet directions.
Heat your SunRice Mexican Style Rice in the microwave for 2½ minutes or stir fry in a pan for 2½ minutes. Spoon into a bowl.
Place 1 lettuce leaf on each tortilla. Add a large spoonful of SunRice Mexican Style Rice and pulled pork. Top with tomatoes, cheese, avocado, salsa, sour cream, jalapenos and coriander. Serve with lime wedges.
