Using a spiralizer, spin the carrots. If you don’t have one you can just cut them up thinly.
Heat the microwave cup for 40 seconds. When it’s ready, put it upside down on the plate so it keeps its shape.
Spread the remaining ingredients out evenly on the plate and drizzle the dressing on top. Want it to look like it was made at a restaurant? Sprinkle some nori and sesame seeds on top.
