Chicken Style Rice with BBQ Chicken & Vegetables
Method
Cut the wings and legs from the chicken, place on a plate. Remove the remaining chicken from the bones, discarding the bones. Roughly chop the chicken and add to the wings and legs. Cover to keep warm.
Heat your SunRice Chicken Style Rice in the microwave for 2½ minutes or stir fry in a pan for 2½ minutes.
Microwave or steam the carrots and broccoli for 1-2 minutes until tender.
Stir the chicken and vegetables through the rice. Serve.
